| Fair policy on refunds |
| LSL values your personal safety and we have a clearly-stated refunds policy in the event of an outbreak of terrorism. Sri Lanka has had a troubled history -- and travel insurance policies often give inadequate cover. If the UK Foreign office (or, in the case of non-UK travellers, their own government body) advises against travel to any of your destinations, we guarantee the following refunds in event of cancellation: One month or more before travel: 100 per cent. Less than one month: 90 per cent. During your holiday: All recoverable costs. Furthermore, we voluntarily return all recoverable costs in the event of all cancellations, above and beyond our booking conditions, when we see sound reason fore doing so. |
