Dear Red Dot Traveller,

Customers who have booked flights with us are urged to check immediately the flight times, airline and airport on your ticket. Late schedule changes do happen and, on rare occasions, can be overlooked. We advise that you arrive at the check-in desk no less than two-and-a-half hours before departure.
 
You should have received the following information:
(a) Travel Invoice -- and a full confirmed itinerary when more details are necessary.
(b) Sri Lanka advice.
(c) Booking conditions, which we advise you to keep and read carefully.
(d) Frequently Asked Questions.

 Please note that Red Dot does not normally provide hotel vouchers directly to customers. They are sent directly to the hotels concerned. Accommodation has been booked as stated on your itinerary.

Airport transfers:
If you have arranged airport transfers, you will be met at the airport by a Red Dot driver, directly outside the arrivals hall. A name and mobile phone contact number for the driver will normally be provided at least three days before your arrival. Contact your consultant if you do not receive this. If you have booked flights independently, please ensure that you have provided full details of your flight arrival, including airline, flight number, arrival time and booking reference number.

(i) Email the consultant on your Confirmation Invoice. We operate as an Internet company, directly to our sales staff, who are based in Colombo. This is normally the most efficient way to contact us.
(ii) Red Dot Holiday Hotline to Colombo sales team: 0870 231 7892 (10p a minute from UK landline, costs vary from mobiles or from outside UK). Monday to Saturday, 9am-8pm Sri Lanka time.

Complaints Procedure:
In the unlikely event that difficulties or disputes arise during your holiday, Red Dot’s commitment is to work alongside all travellers to ensure that these problems are addressed immediately in a practical manner, with the intent of finding a fair and amicable solution. It is therefore essential that you follow the Complaints Procedure laid down in our Booking Conditions:

You should first contact your holiday rep (if any) or your local provider (eg hotel manager). If that does not bring satisfaction, please contact our ground agents on the numbers above. If your problem still cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may request to speak to Charlie Austin, Red Dot’s director in Colombo, or put specific complaints in writing within 24 hours.

Travel insurance:
 For your own protection, you are also reminded that up-to-date travel insurance is normally a stipulation on all Red Dot holidays.
